Since 2005, WBBC has been making programmes for BBC Radio 2, including two music series

The Maple Leaf Revolution’ and ‘The A-Z of AOR’.

WBBC has also won two Sony Silver Awards for ‘The Day John Met Paul’ and ‘The Sandy Denny Story’ and has additionally made the Rolling Stones documentary ‘Who Breaks A Butterfly On A Wheel’.

WBBC is also in the middle of producing a very special 16-part radio series commemorating the 40th anniversary of the Old Grey Whistle Test, currently going out every Wednesday evening at 10pm on BBC Radio 2.
